A deep rest afternoon retreat

We have Danielle Sherlock back, sharing her unique style of yoga and healing which assists in clearing blockages in body and mind allowing you to explore true peace.
Kerryn Slater’s beautiful meditation will continue to cultivate that inner peace and harmony, leaving you in deep and pure relaxation.
Kerryn will also be channeling reiki healing energy, which she’ll share with each individual throughout her meditation.
A wholesome afternoon tea will be served during the afternoon and the opportunity to connect and take in the beautiful surroundings.
