but returning to who you were before the world told you who to be.
My passion is guiding women through this process — the unravelling of inherited beliefs, subconscious conditioning, and the quiet patterns that shape how we see ourselves.
Because beneath it all…
your truth, your worth, and your wisdom have always been there.
My Journey
My spiritual path began in my early twenties studying psychic mediumship, awakening my intuitive gifts and devotion to soul inquiry.
In 1998, I became a Reiki practitioner and encountered Heal Your Life, which deeply shaped my understanding of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and physical wellbeing.
This sparked a lifelong exploration of the subconscious mind — leading me to train in NLP, Timeline Therapy™, and Hypnosis, where I began to understand how identity patterns influence the way we experience life.
In 2014, a profound personal expansion anchored my path as a Reiki Master Teacher and Meditation Teacher, deepening my commitment to holistic healing and spiritual alignment.
In 2019, I was introduced to the Thrive Factor Archetypes™ through Shannon Dunne. Becoming a Licensed Thrive Factor Coach® brought a powerful layer of archetypal understanding — bridging identity, behaviour, and feminine embodiment in a way that felt deeply aligned.
My work evolved further through ThetaHealing®, allowing me to support transformation at the level of subconscious beliefs and energetic imprints.
My Work
Over the years, my work has evolved into a multidimensional approach that integrates subconscious transformation, archetypal insight, and energetic healing.
I am a published co-author of The Souls Rising, a regular expert contributor to OracleMe Magazine, and the creator of the Divine Goddess Oracle Deck.
Through my work, I support women to reconnect with themselves — to trust their inner voice, release what no longer serves, and embody the truth of who they are.

When I’m not teaching, facilitating, or holding space for transformation, you’ll find me immersed in the ocean air of Phillip Island, walking in nature, laughing with loved ones, and continuing my lifelong devotion to learning and spiritual growth.
Because this work is not something I do.
It is who I am.
